Allison Homes (www.allison-homes.co.uk), a new house building company set up by the Larkfleet Group (www.larkfleetgroup.co.uk), held a launch party to celebrate the opening of its first development, Anvil Mews.

Anvil Mews is situated close to the centre of Stamford just outside the old town wall. The exclusive collection of three-bedroom and four-bedroom townhouses are all arranged around a central block-paved gated courtyard and come with allocated parking spaces. Thoughtfully designed with exceptionally high quality interior design elements, the new homes were very well received by guests attending the party at The Cosy Club in the town.

The party was well attended by potential buyers and local residents all of whom were interested in hearing more about the homes at Anvil Mews. A spokesperson for Allison Homes said: “We are delighted by the positive comments made by guests regarding our first development under our newly launched company, Allison Homes. Anvil Mews has been developed by Allison Luxury Homes, part of Allison Homes (www.allison-homes.co.uk).

Allison Homes is a new company but one that has real history. It has been relaunched by Larkfleet CEO, Karl Hick, who was once managing director of the original Allison Homes. The aim of this new venture is to recreate the quality and customer service which was inextricably linked with the original Allison Homes.
