Peterborough City Council’s Contractors Framework was recently launched, and with millions of pounds due to be spent on building projects, such as expanding schools, keeping the work local is set to be a big bonus for both the economy and employment.

With this in mind, all contractors on the framework will have a presence at the Peterborough Construction Network event giving construction-related companies the chance to ‘Meet the Contractor’.

Contractors present will be:

–  Garfield’s Builders
–  Jeakins Weir
–  Kier Construction
–  Lindum Group Peterborough
–  Morgan Sindall Construction and Infrastructure,
–  RG Carter Cambridge

This monthly event brings together all professions associated with the development and construction industries in the county and region.  As well as networking over a buffet lunch, delegates can take a few minutes to meet on a one-to-one basis with the contractors.

The Construction Network welcomes Developers, Contractors, Specialist contractors, Architects, Planning consultants, Civil engineers, Structural engineers, M&E engineers, Surveyors, Quantity surveyors, and construction fee professionals.

Taking place at a Peterborough venue (to be confirmed) the cost to attend is free to Chamber members (two free places maximum), addition and non-members £5.00 (plus VAT).
