06/10/2019We are seeking a full time HR Advisor to join our team on a 6 month fixed term. Within this role you will support and build a partnership with a wide range of managers across the College. This is a busy and varied role and you will be involved in:
We are looking for someone with previous HR administrative/ advisory experience and excellent organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to build good working relationships with your key line managers. You will also have a level 3 HR qualification, or significant progress towards this. This role would suit someone ready to take the next step in their HR career, but we are also interested in hearing from anyone already experienced in this type of role who wants to take the opportunity to work within the education sector. This is a full time 37 hours per week opportunity. .
About our team
You will be joining an experienced and established team who as well as looking after the HR generalist side also cover learning and development, payroll and pensions via a third party provider and our HR system. We are constantly looking at ways to adapt our practice and are continuing on this journey ensuring our service is efficient and our practices are modern.
