Tracy Grazioli has a wealth of trade finance and international experience in the banking sector. She has more than three decades’ experience as a professional in working capital and relationship/account management helping manufacturing blue chip, foreign owned companies, SMEs and start ups in her roles at Santander and Bank of Ireland.

Tracy more recently worked in Foreign Inward Investment and Business Growth at DIT/EY as an Account Manager, as well as Opportunity Peterborough, where she was also instrumental in the creation and commencement of Start Up Peterborough.

Tracy also has a deep knowledge and understanding of running a business, having run the family business for more 17 years, employing more than 16 staff while holding down a full time job.  Tracy believes in working to a high level of integrity and diligence, always looking for a solution to get things done.
