CKH LifeLine achieves industry accreditation once again
CKH LifeLine achieves industry accreditation once again

The team at Peterborough-based housing association, Cross Keys Homes (CKH) are celebrating having retained the TSA’s national excellence accreditation for its 24-hour LifeLine telecare alarm service for the 12th successive year.

CKH’s Lifeline service is a personal alarm service, which helps to support independent living for almost 12,500 people in Peterborough and surrounding areas.

The TSA is the industry and advisory body for technology enabled care (TEC) in the UK and its accreditation was awarded to the housing association’s LifeLine service following a two-day audit to assess whether CKH meets the TSA’s stringent code of practice.

CKH’s Chief Executive, Claire Higgins, said: “We are delighted that the quality of our services provided for older and vulnerable people has been recognised once again. The award of the accreditation demonstrates that we are maintaining the very high standards required by the TSA  and so this is great news for Cross Keys Homes.”

“Thanks must also go to the fantastic CKH LifeLine team for their tremendously hard work in achieving this accreditation because without them this wouldn’t have been possible.”
