Eddisons has confirmed that Welbeck Court, the new-build industrial scheme on Welbeck Way in the city’s Woodston commercial district, is on track for completion at the end of this month (May), as scheduled, with the first occupiers scheduled to move in at the beginning of June.

Welbeck Court is a scheme of 10 brand new, high-specification light industrial/business units by Barnack Estates UK Ltd, totalling 23,000 sq ft of business space.

The units range in size from 1,300 sq ft up to 3,850 sq ft, and are for sale or to let through Eddisons, who is the sole agent under instruction at Welbeck Court.

Gavin Hynes, Director, Eddisons Peterborough, reports that levels of interest have been ‘excellent’ and further announcements about latest occupiers are due shortly.
