Eddisons leading the way in latest county property agent rankings

Eddisons is leading the way when it comes to deals activity in the Cambridgeshire commercial property market, according to latest rankings published by property research platform, EG Radius.

The commercial property agency occupies the top slot in the county for the number of lettings & occupational sales transactions across industrial, retail & office property sectors in the second quarter of the year (2024).

In addition to being the most active agency in the latest rankings, three of its agents in Cambridgeshire have been identified in the Top 40 of England’s individual dealmakers based on transactions completed and registered in the first seven months of the year.

Most notably, Matthew Hunt is ranked as the third most active agent in England based on the number of deals & square footage of space he has transacted, on behalf of Eddisons, so far this year.

With deals yet to be conducted and concluded in the remainder of this year, Eddisons is building on its performance in last year’s annual deals competition run by EG Radius.

In 2023, not only was the firm judged as the most active commercial agent in Cambridgeshire and also the wider Eastern Region but, nationally, the firm’s agents occupied eight of the Top 10 slots for individual dealmakers.

Nationally, to date in 2024, across the first seven months of the year, Eddisons features among the one of the Top 10 UK agencies for the number of lettings and occupational sales transactions.

Additionally, in a different category of transaction rankings, the firm features in the Top 10 for investment sales – based on sales price totals – in Q2 2024.

Eddisons’ Cambridgeshire performance in the latest quarterly results is echoed by its other commercial agency teams’ top rankings in the neighbouring counties of Lincolnshire & Northamptonshire.

Eddisons operates across Cambridgeshire from offices in Peterborough, Huntingdon & Cambridge.
