Stand construction is included as part of this comprehensive service, meaning a team of exhibition stand builders will install and dismantle your display on your behalf.
Custom-built exhibition stands are unique to each brand, and this means there are often elements included in the structure of the stand which reflect a specific marketing message or campaign. This can range from a custom counter or a few display shelves all the way to a 4m high arch or an integrated storage cupboard.
These complex structural elements are why we employ a team of experts for the stand design and build process. When you place an order for a rental exhibition stand, you will automatically be assigned a designer who will liaise with you to maximise your branding on the display. Once this is complete, it is the responsibility of our exhibition stand builders to bring your signed off 3D render to life.
Our team of contractors have decades of experience installing exhibition stands. They have built stands in every major event venue in the UK, and over the years have developed a fine eye for detail.
They will arrive at your event venue a few days before your exhibition is due to start and will begin the installation process by locating your booth number and assembling the aluminium foundations of your stand. This means they will erect the walls and arches to get the basic skeleton of the display. This gives the team a chance to double-check all the hardware and to ensure the stand fits in your allocated space.
Once the shell is up, the team will then dress the aluminium structures with your printed graphics. They will check each graphic panel to make sure there are no marks or scuffs that could potentially hinder the overall look of your stand.
Once the graphics are on, electrical elements such as lights and TV screens are checked to make sure they work. When our exhibition stand builders are happy with all of this, they will begin to place any furniture and accessories you ordered with your display to complete the stand.
After a final check and tidy, your stand is ready. All you need to do is turn up on the day and set up any products or marketing literature you wish to display.
When your event is over, our team of builders will come and dismantle the stand for you. You have the option of keeping your graphics, but if you choose not to, our team will recycle them on your behalf.
