Change to the private rented sector has been rapid in the past few months! Changes announced so far this year include mandatory smoke alarms, restrictions on serving Section 21s and the issue that everyone is talking about; the tax relief restrictions.
It is more important than ever to stay up to date with the evolving private rented sector which is why the team at Belvoir are hosting an invaluable workshop to cover the changes and to help you stay informed. We have three fantastic guest speakers at the workshop who will be sharing their expert knowledge with us.
We are delighted to have Terence Ogden from the OneE Group joining us to share some valuable tax planning knowledge. He will be discussing potential tax planning strategies to prepare for the tax relief changes.
Julie and Emma will be joining us from the Buckles Solicitors office in Peterborough. They will cover changes to: Section 21 rules, tenancy deposit requirements, retaliatory evictions, smoke alarms and the immigration act.
