Employment Law and Business Immigration update
In this session, Giles and Nicky will be looking at the latest legislative changes coming into force in April and exploring case law highlights over the previous twelve months, with a particular focus on the area of discrimination.
Sarah will also be providing an update on recent developments in business immigration law, such as right to work updates and new visas available to be issued.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions throughout the webinar and to discuss any HR problems that you are experiencing.
