Local housebuilder Larkfleet Homes (www.larkfleethomes.co.uk), part of the Larkfleet Group (www.larkfleetgroup.co.uk), is supporting Eye Primary School by sponsoring the marquee that will house its fundraising Christmas Fayre.

Each year, the Eye School Association (ESA) organises a Christmas Fayre for pupils, staff, parents and school governors to raise money for school projects.

The primary school’s 2012 Christmas Fayre will raise money to improve the younger pupils’ outdoor play equipment, benefiting pupils not just now but for years to come.

The Christmas Fayre will be held on Saturday 1 December and, with Larkfleet’s contribution to the cost of the marquee, the ESA will be able to ensure that as much money as possible goes towards the new outdoor play equipment.

The 2011 Christmas Fayre raised over £1,500 and with Larkfleet’s help the school hopes to beat that total in December.

Vicky Thompson-Chambers, vice-chairperson for ESA, said: “We are very grateful to Larkfleet for sponsoring the marquee for our annual Christmas Fayre. The marquee hire for the event is a major cost so the donation from Larkfleet Homes will really help ensure we can put as much money as possible towards the new outdoor play equipment.”
