n.b. marketing has revamped its name and identity to reflect exciting developments in its business.

The company will now be trading under the name NBM Business Growth which, as Managing Director Paula Finch tells us, is more in keeping with the nature of the business and the market in which it operates.

“Over the past 3 years we’ve diversified from providing traditional marketing communication services to providing strategic advice and coaching for sustainable business growth. Government-back funding programmes, such as GrowthAccelerator and Growth Vouchers, have given us a platform to work with an increasing number of organisations that want to grow their businesses at a strategic level and we’ve seen some fantastic results.

The way companies market themselves has changed hugely and continues to do so. Advances in technology means that more and more is being done online through social media, mobile apps and 24-hour technology. We’ve found where we can add the greatest value is in helping companies structure, plan and organise themselves – particularly at board or senior management team level – so that they are in the best position to grow. People are at the heart of any business and a business is generally only as good as the leadership team in place.

Our corporate identity hasn’t changed since we set up in business nearly 20 years ago, but what we do, how we do it and who we do it for has. It was time to take our own advice and make the change.”

NBM Business Growth provides leadership, marketing and business development skills training, coaching and consultancy services to client organisations that want to improve business performance, overcome barriers to growth and reach their potential.

Directors Paula Finch and Barbara Spiller are Business Development and Innovation Coaches with GrowthAccelerator. Paula is also an accredited Trainer of the programme while Barbara, who is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and PR specialist, is also an accredited Growth Voucher Advisor for marketing, attracting and retaining customers.
